Bowling alleys Zell am See

Experience fun and games during a game of bowling with family, friends, work colleagues or club colleagues? Enjoy exercise and entertainment at the same time? And then sit comfortably together in the bar? – You can do all of this in the bowling alley in the Zell am See leisure center!

The bowling game is one of the oldest sports and dates back to ancient times (3500 BC)!

A definition of bowling: “Bowling is a precision sport in which a player uses controlled momentum to get a ball rolling on a smooth bowling alley in order to knock down as many of the nine pins as possible at the other end of the alley.” – So it’s actually quite simple, right ?!

Above all, a bowling alley provides entertainment, fun and sport at the same time. Perfect for fun bowling games with the whole family, with friends or as a supporting program for groups, at birthdays, family, company or Christmas parties. Groups of students also have a lot of fun bowling.

You can also make a “competition” out of this game/sport. Who knocks down the most pins? Who hits “all nines”, bowls a “Kranzerl”, a “bull” or an “alley”? Finishing water and everything you need for the winner’s lap is of course available at the bowling alley bar.

In addition to being fun, bowling is also healthy! When you do bowling, you use many muscles at once. The leg and back muscles as well as the arm muscles are put under a lot of strain. Bowling also promotes dexterity, motor skills and strength!

In our leisure center you will find 2 classic bowling alleys from the beginning of October to the beginning of April, which are suitable for all variants of the game, whether for clearing or bowling to the fullest. In the cozy bar you can get drinks and small snacks.

Look forward to fun bowling evenings in the Zell am See leisure center and meet all nines as often as possible. “Good wood”!
